Guarantee covers
Manufacturing defects, shipping damage, and anything that doesn't match your approved proof. Report within 14 days of delivery and we'll remake or refund, at our discretion.
Not covered
Normal wear after use, misuse, care-instruction violations, and errors present in the approved proof. Review proofs carefully before approving.

How much does a custom order cost?
Every project is quoted individually. Send your specs and quantity and we'll return per-unit and volume pricing, typically within 24 hours. No obligation.
Is there a minimum order?
Most products can be ordered as a single piece. Any volume can be quoted.
Will I see the design before it's made?
Yes. Every order includes a free digital proof, and production starts only after you approve it.
What file formats do you accept?
Vector (SVG, AI, EPS, PDF, DXF) is preferred. CAD (STEP, DWG) for machined parts. High-resolution PNG or JPG works for many engraving jobs.
Where are parts made?
Everything is produced, inspected, and shipped from our own facility in the USA. Nothing is outsourced or drop-shipped.
How long does an order take?
Quotes typically go out within 24 hours. Your quote includes a lead time, and it's locked in when you approve your proof. Need it sooner? Include your deadline and we'll tell you up front whether we can make it.
What kinds of tasks can you automate?
Repetitive, rule-based steps are the best fit: counting, timing, sorting, dispensing, tracking output, and guiding operators through a sequence. Send a short description or a phone video of the task, and we'll tell you what's practical and what it would take.
How does shipping work?
We ship nationwide from Clermont, Florida. Shipping cost is included in your quote so there are no surprises.
What if something arrives wrong?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Damaged, misprinted, or defective items are remade or refunded.
